Returns

We are happy to exchange or provide a credit note under the following conditions:

  • You have your receipt as proof of purchase (if purchased in store)
  • You contact us within 30 days of receiving your item/s (or within 48 hours for faulty items)
  • All tags must be intact and the item in its original condition
  • Gift items must be in their original packaging

Please Note: No refunds or exchange on sale items, personalised orders and christening box/candle orders.

Refunds are accepted for faulty items only.

We do not cover return postage costs, the customer must pay for return postage if they are unable to make the exchange in store.

Returns process

Please email us at hello@bambiandbow.com.au to request a refund (faulty items only), exchange or credit note for your item/s.

We will then provide you with details to return your item/s back to us at your own postage cost.

Once we receive your item, providing it is in saleable condition, we will issue you an exchange or credit note within 2 business days of receiving the item. 

Shipping

Bambi & Bow offers Australia wide shipping. 

Processing times for personalised orders or items that are made to order is 2-3 weeks. If you require your order sooner please contact us as we are always happy to accommodate rush orders where we can.

Please note we do not currently offer shipping on our Christening boxes and candles. These are for pick up only in our Canberra store.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post and are dispatched within 48 hours You should receive your delivery within 3-5 business days for regular post and 1-2 days for express post with the exception of rural locations and delays in high demand times such as Christmas. We advise you check the Australia Post website for accurate delivery times based on your location.


Damages and Issues

Whilst we take time and pride in ensuring that we package our products well for postage, unfortunately in circumstances out of our control parcels can get damaged during delivery.

Please inspect your order and contact us within 48 hrs of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue asap. No claims of damage will be accepted after 48 hours.

Please note we are not liable for damages during transit once the item has left our care.
